FREE delivery on online orders of R1,350 or more to main-lying areas within South Africa.

• Delivery: 3–5 working days (subject to stock availability and delivery area).

• Musical instruments, instrument cases, instrument stands, oversized and heavy items incur additional courier charges due to their size and packaging requirements.

• Additional charges may also apply for deliveries to outlying areas.

• Any extra courier costs will be confirmed before your order is dispatched.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible online purchases.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

• Complete with all accessories, manuals and labels.

• Unmodified in any way.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Digital products

• Books and magazines

• Special-order or custom-order items

Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
