Delivery Policy

Orders are processed once payment has been received and stock is confirmed.

• Standard delivery to main-lying areas is 3–5 working days.

• Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and destination.

• Additional courier charges apply to instruments, cases, stands, oversized items and deliveries to outlying areas.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible online purchases.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories. Digital products, books, magazines, and special-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned goods have been inspected.
